Comfort meets style, Hart Ranch has been lovingly curated to reflect hill country living at its finest. This beautifully decorated and totally renovated ranch house features modern country fixtures, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with additional seating at the kitchen counter, a living room, and two downstairs bedrooms with plush king-sized beds and separate private Texas-inspired bathrooms. There is a bonus room upstairs that is accessed through the master bedroom that provides additional sleeping accommodations (two twin beds), a game area, a designated workspace, and a hill country view that overlooks the back yard. Our home also offers Wifi, DISH TV, plenty of board and table games and a poker table.

It’s designed with indoor/outdoor living in mind with al fresco living and dining areas, a wraparound porch built for a relaxing gathering, an outdoor fire pit perfect for s’mores where you can enjoy unobstructed, sweeping sky views or spot local wildlife (we have a herd of deer that live onsite and will come out on occasion to greet you), a BBQ grill, corn hole, and the best hill country sunset Dripping Springs has to offer.
The Hart Ranch is located just 5 minutes from the heart of Dripping Springs and is nestled in a four Texas-sized acre lot. The property is gated and offers plenty of parking, including covered parking. The Hart Ranch is a short drive from the local H-E-B, and the Mercer Street Shops and local bars with easy accessibility to Downtown Austin, Fredericksburg, and the surrounding distilleries, breweries, and wineries.
